• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packaged using specialized cold-chain insulation and are dispatched Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

• We will make every effort to honor change requests, but once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We stand behind every delivery:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged because of shipping delays, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
